Ba Be Lake in Bac Kan province is the largest natural freshwater mountain lake in Viet Nam and has long been a popular tourism destination. This status combined with the presence of several rare mammals, notably Francois Langur lead to the establishment of Ba Be as the eighth national park in 1992 in Vietnam.Itinerary:Day 1: Hanoi - Ba Be Lake (L,D)8h00: Depart for Ba Be lake (145 m above the sea level). Ba Be is the original national park, 250 km from Hanoi. Stop on the way for sightseeing and photographing.Day 2: Visit Ba Be and trek to the the Nationl Park (B,L,D)Breakfast. Get on wooden boats to visit the beautifulNational park. You can discover spectacular high waterfalls, rivers, deep valleys, natural caves and small lakes. The lakes are surrounded by theSteep Mountain up to 1754m high. Trek through many ethnic hamlets scattering around the lakes on the land.Day 3: Ba Be Lake - Hanoi (B,L)Breakfast. Leave for Hanoi.
